Run as fast as you can. This dealership will nickel and dime you and tell you that you have agreed to one price, and when you get home and get all your payment paper work, you realize that you just paid $5000 more than you agreed upon. I am absolutely shocked. I was also promised that the car was warrantied for 150K miles or 7 years, only to read that I was totally lied to, and it was 100K miles or 7 years on a car that already had 98K miles. They even charge you an extra fee to pay your monthly payments electronically. $399 fee to enroll in the monthly payment plan, and then you get charged an additional fee every time they take your payment. It's going to cost me an extra $838 just to pay my car payments. I should have gone to Carmax.

I have been to a few dealerships in my lifetime, but Kelly Nissan was the best I’ve ever been to. I was nervous because I thought that all dealerships was out to get you in some type of way, but when I met Laired Rencher, he treated my husband and I so nice, and explained everything to us. What were our options, not just trying to make a sale. This is my dealership from this day forward, we are locked in. Thanks so much Nissan!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall service is great. I did have to go in myself to schedule the appointment even though I was told they would call me when I purchased the vehicle a over a month before. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone as well. Once I got in though, like I said, service is great.

The most amazing, easiest, uncomplicated experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am blown away by how smooth everything went. I didn't know what to expect for the lease end/trading in my car, and I was a little nervous. Laird was true to his word and made sure that I was well taken care of. I trusted his expertise and knew that I was in good hands. The customer service was impeccable and will have me ranting to others to stop by for their car buying needs. I will also add that the Kelly Nissan staff provided exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and acknowledged with the upmost respect. Even the GM made the paperwork signing process a breeze. I value good customer service as a customer, and a returning customer. Great job to the team at Kelly Nissan!
