Service was okay. I had to remind my request to have back door lifters assessed and quote provided. Of course it came back high in cost. Last time I paid a fortune for the leaking skyline sealer, but leaking still occurs so I'm feeling insecure with having the work done here

He kept me informed while was serviced. He also explained to me repairs that need to be done.

After 2 hours I asked the statues of the cars pool change. I was told he would check. 20 min later I had to ask again and I was told he would check despite being told that before. In addition he never came back and I had to ask again 3rd time. Finally he told me there was a mix up and my car was not serviced. So for 2.5 hits my car was just sitting not being serviced. It took 3 hours for me to get an oil change because of a mix up. This was a huge inconvenience and I even missed my doctor’s appointment that was scheduled later in the day. This was the worst service I ever received.

Eva was a great help with an issue with our key fobs after a purchase of a certified used Nissan. Sales department and Andy were fantastic.We brought our vehicle back within a week and an half for a thumping in rear, I thought it was the jack being loose, turns out the sway bar link was bad. The service manager, Jerome, told my wife it would be $630 to fix and proceeded to barter with my wife until he said they would fix it for $250. Then when my wife told him her husband, me, could fix it he proceeded to scare her telling her if she doesn’t use OEM parts she would be in danger while driving. My issue is the fact I bought a certified used Nissan which they claim had a 167 point inspection and the suspension was marked meets standards. In hindsight I should have immediately brought it back for the rattle but the fact he said it was worn out in the less than 300 miles is ridiculous. I would definitely buy a car from the dealership but I would drive 100 miles out of my way not to use the service department and have to deal with Jerome. End note. I bought 2 OEM sway bar links from a Nissan dealer in Wisconsin for $34 a piece and had them replaced in less than an hour using a jack and jack stands not a lift.
