I was able to schedule the appointment on the same day of service. Eva and service department were welcoming, service was provided for travel to and from home. My vehicle was ready at time stated. Friendly service technician helped me with the Bluetooth connection.
The service department was faced with 2 challenges with my truck. The challenges were failure in 2 systems that were almost impossible to find the source of. The service techs never gave up, and Daniel was great at keeping me informed. Once the system failure were found, the response to get the vehicle repaired and back to me became their priority. It took several days, but they got the job done.

Service was okay. I had to remind my request to have back door lifters assessed and quote provided. Of course it came back high in cost. Last time I paid a fortune for the leaking skyline sealer, but leaking still occurs so I'm feeling insecure with having the work done here

After 2 hours I asked the statues of the cars pool change. I was told he would check. 20 min later I had to ask again and I was told he would check despite being told that before. In addition he never came back and I had to ask again 3rd time. Finally he told me there was a mix up and my car was not serviced. So for 2.5 hits my car was just sitting not being serviced. Eva was a great help with an issue with our key fobs after a purchase of a certified used Nissan. Sales department and Andy were fantastic.We brought our vehicle back within a week and an half for a thumping in rear, I thought it was the jack being loose, turns out the sway bar link was bad. Run as fast as you can. This dealership will nickel and dime you and tell you that you have agreed to one price, and when you get home and get all your payment paper work, you realize that you just paid $5000 more than you agreed upon. I have been to a few dealerships in my lifetime, but Kelly Nissan was the best I’ve ever been to. I was nervous because I thought that all dealerships was out to get you in some type of way, but when I met Laired Rencher, he treated my husband and I so nice, and explained everything to us. Overall service is great. I did have to go in myself to schedule the appointment even though I was told they would call me when I purchased the vehicle a over a month before. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone as well. Once I got in though, like I said, service is great.

The most amazing, easiest, uncomplicated experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am blown away by how smooth everything went. No phone call or update on vehicle. Kept it 2 extra days without notifying me. The person answering the phone could not give an answer whether the car was completed. My keys were given to my husband without asking for any identification. Had to wait for the courtesy shuttle.

Georgy was very helpful describing the features of the car I bought. Many of these features are completely new to me and I appreciated his assistance making me comfortable with this. I also appreciated his general knowledge of the entire process and the lack of heavy-duty pressure. I felt very comfortable with the sale process. I came in for an oil change. After leaving my windshield wipers fluid and oil maintenance alerts were on. I went back to have them to reset it and Daniel reset the oil maintenance alert and it went off but the fluid light still comes on after he topped it with wipers fluid...

I've been coming here for YEARS and Laird always takes such phenomenal care of me! The cars are reliable and the staff is fast and efficient. Highly recommend this location if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
They kept my car for 4 days and deemed it not drivable once they found the issue so that I would have to get the vehicle repaired there. Each day I was told it would be ready the next day and then the next day asked for another day despite me asking to pick up my car. After days of inconvenience, I wasn't even offered a discount.

It is best to drop off vehicle rather than waiting on site. I was asked upon checking in if I wished to have my vehicle washed. I said yes. After 2 hours I inquired on the status and was told they were wrapping up and were washing my car. I then proceeded to pay after receiving a text that it was ready. My salesman Daniel was great but I was a tad frustrated with the service when I got my car. It was washed but not dried, then my key fob didn’t work and I had to make an appointment to get it fixed. No one should have had these issues when you haven’t even driven the car off the lot. I've bought multiple vehicles from Kelly Nissan, each time through Bill Matariyeh. Bill is an extremely knowledgable, professional, and straight forward salesman, no games. I've not only found the buying process to be upfront and transparent, but their service department is fantastic as well, especially Raul and Amber. The customer service doesn't end when you buy the car, this dealership goes the extra mile for as long as you own the vehicle.
