Nissan assigns a 2.0-L engine block to the 2025 Kicks SV and SR. Built on the trademark MR20DD platform, the I-4 engine whips out 141 horsepower at 6,000 RPM. The four-cylinder engine delivers 140 pound-feet of peak torque at 4,000 RPM. Carrying the Xtronic design, a continuously variable transmission extracts power from the gas engine. When equipped with a standard FWD, both Kicks models get up to 35 mpg on the highway and 28 mpg in the city. You could get the newly available Intelligent AWD system if you want enhanced traction. This versatile drivetrain reduces the fuel economy to 34 mpg on the highway and 27 mpg in the city. The 2025 Nissan Kicks SV rolls on 17-inch steel wheels and all-season tires. Featuring painted accents and a machined finish, 19-inch alloy wheels are standard on the 2025 Kicks SR.
