Performance Features
With the Nissan Rogue Sport SV and SL, you will get the same engine and mechanical system. Although you can get a different powertrain for either model, performance is the same for both the SV and the SL. The Nissan Rogue Sport is driven by a 4-cylinder engine with a 2.0L displacement. The Rogue Sport’s engine is capable of a top power output of 141 HP, and it produces 147 LB-FT in torque. An automatic transmission is standard with the Rogue Sport across the trim lineup. The Nissan Rogue Sport comes with front-wheel drive, which is standard on both trim levels, and you can also choose to get an all-wheel-drive as an alternative. With front-wheel drive, gas mileage is the same for both models at about 28 MPG combined. Fuel economy for the Rogue Sport averages slightly less at 27 MPG when you use all-wheel drive instead.
Design Features
If you want a stylish SUV with some sporty elements in the mix, the 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport is your ideal vehicle. The Rogue Sport has alloy wheels on both the SV and the SL trims. The SV has 17-inch wheels, which are upgraded to 19-inch wheels with the top trim. The second trim level also adds fog lights. Automatic headlights are a welcome standard feature with the second trim of the Nissan Rogue Sport, and it also has heated side mirrors that make winter driving safer and more relaxing. Moving up to the top trim brings some changes to the exterior. You will get larger 19-inch wheels with the top trim that also have an alloy finish. A sunroof is available to enhance the trim through a package, and you can also get LED headlights.
Additional Features
Many features are standard with the 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport SV and SL. The second trim level has standard satellite radio. It also has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A USB port is included, and it also has a four-speaker sound system. A bundle of safety aids is also standard with the Nissan Rogue Sport SV, including rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure mitigation, rear automatic braking, and blind-spot monitoring. When you move up in trim level, you will get even more features added to your Nissan Rogue Sport, and you’ll find that there are more add-on options available as well. Rear parking sensors and forward collision mitigation are additional safety aids that you can look forward to for a safer ride all around.
A push-button ignition system is a highlight of the SV, and it also has a keyless entry. Heated front seats are standard, and the SV model also has dual-zone climate control. A heated steering wheel with a leather wrap is another notable feature. Rather than four speakers for the sound system, you can look forward to an upgraded stereo with six speakers instead. A technology package is available with combined plush cloth and leather upholstery. The package also adds a surround-view camera. Adaptive cruise control is an added convenience when you step up to the next trim level. An auto-dimming rearview mirror is available with a package, and you will also get more advanced safety aids. The passenger’s seat is power-adjustable, and the sound system is upgraded to a Bose audio system with eight speakers.
